Made in Korea D-35 copy made in the 60s or 70s. It’s quite nicely put together with a composite spruce-look sound board top which actually delivers a decent sound. The rest is all wood but not sure which type but has aged and mellowed over the years, so probably sounding better than it ever has.

This is a Made in Korea D-35 copy made in the 60s or 70s. It’s quite nicely put together with a composite spruce-look sound board top which actually delivers a decent sound. The rest is all wood but not sure which type but has aged and mellowed over the years, so probably sounding better than it ever has.
I’ve refurbished the bridge with a new part with plenty of adjustment in it.
I’ve lemon oiled the fretboard and fitted new strings.
It now sounds ‘surprisingly’ nice to me and very playable.
